These Terms and Conditions govern the use of interior design services provided by Citi Design Studio. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Citi Design Studio provides interior design services including but not limited to:
Services will commence upon receipt of the agreed advance payment and signed approval of the design proposal. The client must provide all necessary information and access required for project execution.
All designs must be approved by the client before execution. Once approved, any changes requested will be subject to additional charges based on the scope of modifications required.
Our standard payment schedule is as follows:
We accept payments via bank transfer, cheque, UPI, and credit/debit cards. All payments must be made as per the agreed schedule to avoid project delays.
Late payments may result in project suspension. A late fee of 2% per month may be charged on overdue amounts. We reserve the right to halt work until pending payments are cleared.
Any changes to the approved design, additional work requested, or unforeseen structural modifications will be charged separately after client approval.

Standard working hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Work outside these hours may be arranged with additional charges applicable.
The client is responsible for:
Clients must provide timely approvals for designs, materials, and color selections. Delays in decision-making may impact project timeline and costs.
Clients should communicate through designated project managers. All major decisions and changes must be documented in writing or email.
All materials will be as per approved specifications. We work with trusted vendors and brands to ensure quality. Clients may request specific brands subject to availability and cost adjustments.
We maintain high quality standards in execution. All work is supervised by experienced professionals and subject to quality checks at various stages.
Manufacturer warranties on materials and appliances will be passed on to clients. Citi Design Studio provides workmanship warranty as specified in the project agreement.

Service requests should be raised through our official channels. Response time is 24-48 hours for non-urgent issues and same day for urgent matters.
If the client cancels the project:
In the unlikely event we need to cancel, clients will receive a full refund of unused payments, minus the cost of completed work and procured materials.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15-30 working days through the original payment method.
All design concepts, drawings, and 3D visualizations remain the intellectual property of Citi Design Studio until full payment is received. Upon full payment, usage rights are transferred to the client for the specific project only.
Citi Design Studio reserves the right to photograph completed projects and use them for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless explicitly restricted by the client in writing.
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information, project details, and personal preferences shared during the project.
Our liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from our services.
We are not liable for defects in third-party products or materials. Such issues should be addressed directly with the manufacturer under their warranty terms.
Citi Design Studio is not responsible for pre-existing structural issues or those arising from building defects not related to our work.
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion and negotiation in good faith.
If disputes cannot be resolved amicably, they shall be settled through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in Pune.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and courts in Pune shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
These terms, along with the project-specific agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior understandings.
Any modifications to these terms must be in writing and signed by both parties.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, pandemic, or government actions.
Citi Design Studio reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. Changes will be effective from the date of posting on our website. For ongoing projects, existing terms at the time of agreement will apply.
